Adam Jacobs

Adam is co-founder of The Jacobs Scheriff Group alongside Erin Scheriff. He brings leadership experience from various industries to JSG, using his consulting and development skills to help companies achieve their goals. A native of San Diego and graduate of Cornell (where he was a three year captain of the baseball team), Adam disrupted the health and wellness industries when he founded Fortis Fitness & YOGALUX, a fitness center offering all the benefits of a small boutique studio in one large, luxurious facility. His passion is giving back to the community, which inspired the mission of JSG: helping businesses that are helping the world. When Adam isn’t working, he enjoys playing tennis, rooting for the Padres, coaching baseball, and volunteering at various nonprofit organizations. He lives in San Diego with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Aylana.

Erin Scheriff

Erin is co-founder of The Jacobs Scheriff Group alongside Adam Jacobs. She brings experience working in management across various industries to JSG, equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge to help businesses and their leaders thrive and grow. Originally from the East Coast, Erin moved to San Diego in 2006 after graduating with a degree in Biology from Towson University. She worked in the biotech field for more than five years until she decided she wanted to help people in a more direct way. This desire gave rise to co-founding Fortis Fitness & YOGALUX,. which remains a popular community hub for fitness and friendship over 10 years later. She has also worked with a local youth sports non-profit, as well as volunteering her time giving back to the community as a member of The Century Club of San Diego. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, swimming, cycling, visiting the beach, reading, yoga, and walking her two dogs Baxter and Jetty. Erin lives in San Diego with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Mason, Elliana, and Finley.
